Independent Dispatch Support · Focused on 53′ Dry Van · Carrier Retains Sole Load Approval
Operational Process

A Disciplined 5-Step Workflow Designed Around Your Decision Authority.

Operating as an independent carrier shouldn't mean spending your rest breaks filling out broker setup packets or scrambling through load boards. Here is how our Tripoli-based remote desk works with your truck every single business day.

The Golden Rule of Our Desk

No Rate Confirmation is Signed Without Carrier Consent.

Under our Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) and Dispatch Service Agreement, we act strictly as your administrative agent. We vet brokers, calculate true loaded/empty yield, and prepare paperwork.

You never get pushed onto a lane you didn't approve. If the rate isn't right, the delivery window interferes with home time, or the shipper facility has bad reviews, we move to the next candidate.

Communication Norms

  • ✓ Primary Channel: WhatsApp, Phone, or SMS based on your road preference.
  • ✓ Operational Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
  • ✓ After-Hours Line: Dedicated messaging for genuine loading or detention emergencies.
Daily Operational Sequence

From Morning Call to Paid Freight

Each load passes through five clear phases to ensure high rate capture, zero surprises at the dock, and speedy invoicing.

1
Phase 1: Morning

Route Alignment & Broker Due Diligence

We begin by assessing your current truck location, available hours of service (HOS), desired destination, and target rate-per-mile floor. We scan real-time freight boards for premium 53′ dry van opportunities.

What we verify before calling: Broker credit score rating, FMCSA SAFER operating authority status, pickup/delivery window feasibility, weight suitability, and known detention patterns at shipper facilities.
2
Phase 2: Evaluation

Rate Negotiation & Carrier Review Summary

We negotiate rate, accessorial terms (detention, layover, TONU clauses), and secure the load pending your approval. Rather than sending a raw 8-page PDF while you are driving, we synthesize the critical facts into a concise 1-screen summary.

Summary items sent to you: Gross payout, linehaul rate, deadhead miles, total loaded miles, effective total rate-per-mile, exact dock times, commodity description, and verified shipper/receiver notes.
3
Phase 3: Decision Gate

The Carrier Green-Light ("Your Call")

You review the summary and make the call. If you say "Book it", we proceed. If you need $150 more to cover deadhead, we counter the broker. If you don't like the receiver or destination market, you say "Pass" and we present alternative loads.

Decision Gate: Reviewing rate & transit terms while safely parked Zero Forced Dispatch
Zero Forced Dispatch: You never face pressure, attitude, or penalty fees for passing on a load. You own the truck; you control the wheels.
4
Phase 4: Execution

Broker Packet, Dispatch Sheet & Transit Follow-Up

Upon your approval, we complete the carrier setup packet, ensure the Certificate of Insurance (COI) is transmitted with the broker named as certificate holder, and sign the rate confirmation under authorized agency. We dispatch you with pickup numbers, address links, and dock contacts.

During transit: We handle required check-in calls with broker tracking desks, communicate weather or traffic delays proactively, and document facility delay times in real time to protect your detention rights.
5
Phase 5: Settlement

POD Turnover & Rapid Factoring / Billing Package

Once the receiver signs the Proof of Delivery (POD/BOL), you snap a clear photo or scan and message it to our desk. We assemble the complete billing package (signed Rate Con + signed POD + lumper/scale receipts) and transmit it directly to your factoring company or the broker's accounts payable department.
