3. Tracking Technologies, Cookies & Secure Cloud Data Infrastructure

Zero Advertising Cookies: This website does not place third-party advertising tracking pixels (such as Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight) or cross-site behavioral cookies.

Self-Contained Frontend Assets: Visual brand assets, stylesheets, and core scripts are hosted directly on our secure server space without external tracking CDNs.

Secure Cloud Data Infrastructure (Supabase Disclosure): Information submitted through our carrier inquiry and onboarding forms is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and processed through our dedicated enterprise cloud infrastructure hosted with Supabase Inc. (AWS Cloud Infrastructure, SOC2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified). Transmitted information is utilized exclusively for motor carrier qualification, dispatch administration, and regulatory compliance. We strictly do not sell, monetize, or license carrier information to third-party data brokers.

4. WhatsApp & External Messaging Disclosure

If you choose to use our WhatsApp drafting tool:

  • The button drafts a standardized text message and prompts to open the WhatsApp application on your device or WhatsApp Web in your browser.
  • No transmission occurs automatically: You have full visibility into the drafted message and must manually press "Send" in WhatsApp.
  • This website does not log or store the drafted text on a web server when you launch WhatsApp.
  • Once you transmit messages over WhatsApp, communications are governed by WhatsApp LLC’s end-to-end encrypted messaging infrastructure and privacy policy.

5. Communications Standards (TCPA & CAN-SPAM Compliance)

We respect carrier communication preferences:

  • No Automated Robocalls or SMS Blasts: We do not use autodialers, automated robotic calls, or unsolicited mass SMS marketing campaigns.
  • One-on-One Correspondence: Communications from our desk are individual, human responses to your direct inquiry.
  • Zero Selling of Leads: We do not sell, rent, or trade carrier contact information to fuel card companies, insurance agencies, factoring brokers, or freight load boards.

6. Data Retention & Deletion Requests

Inquiry Records: Initial inquiry details that do not result in an active dispatch agreement are deleted or archived after 90 days.

Active Carrier Records: Operational rate confirmations, broker setup packets, and dispatch records for active clients are retained for three (3) years to comply with standard transportation recordkeeping practices and dispute resolution.

Right to Request Deletion: You may request the deletion of your inquiry data at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm deletion within five (5) business days.

7. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Because Ahmed Almajdoub operates remotely from Tripoli, Libya, communications and administrative data sent via email, phone, or messaging will be accessed outside the United States for the exclusive purpose of fulfilling dispatch support services. Appropriate organizational safeguards are maintained to protect confidentiality.
